We are investors

European natural stone is closely linked to the real estate industry. The classic areas in construction are façades, high-quality interior fittings and restoration. Natural stone is also increasingly being used in solid construction for reasons of sustainability, for example.
Structured differently from country to country, industry associations act as investors in the real estate sector in times of expected taxonomy regulations, pension funds in the construction industry, pension schemes, private employer organizations, etc. This already has a certain tradition in the D-A-CH countries, but the focus of investment policy is now concentrated on the whole of Europe and has already reached the USA and Australia.
